The staff were really helpful and exceptionally attentive and helped me with free parking. The location was stunning as for me, so close to the lagoon-lovely pier, the shore and great restaurant for breakfast / dinner.

The location of the hotel is perfect, offering a peaceful getaway from the city and noise of boats. the staff is friendly and helpful. the food at the restaurant is incredible, probably some of the best we've had in Mexico. If you want to relax, you can enjoy a massage with reflexology next to the lagoon, listening to the sound of the waves. the hotel also offers yoga paddle sessions with a great teacher and the added bonus of free sunrise photos. the use of kayaks and paddles is free and the views of the lagoon are stunning. the staff even surprised me with a cute birthday surprise.
Felt completely happy, no complaints at all.
